SEASCAPE V

Tiana grew up in Pretoria, South Africa, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering. With a love of travel and experiencing new cultures, she entered the yachting industry in 2025, spending seven months onboard charter trimaran CUAN LAW as Deck/Stew and Sous Chef before joining SEASCAPE V. Her engineering background gives her a naturally organized and practical approach, while her outgoing personality makes her equally comfortable interacting with guests. As Second Stewardess onboard SEASCAPE V, Tiana works across housekeeping, laundry and guest service. She particularly enjoys getting to know guests and creating a relaxed atmosphere onboard, with the hope that they leave with wonderful memories of both the places they visited and the people they shared them with. Tiana speaks English and Afrikaans and is currently learning Spanish. Outside of work, she loves singing, playing piano and ukulele, diving, wakeboarding, CrossFit and baking. Before entering yachting, she even ran her own custom cake business, with cakes and pastries remaining a particular specialty and passion.

Serena grew up in the countryside outside Nottingham, England, and holds a BA Honours degree in Economics and Geography. Before entering yachting, she gained more than four years of hospitality experience across waitressing, bartending and barista work. Combining her love of hospitality, travel and adventure, Serena entered the yachting industry in 2025, working onboard M/Y SENSA before joining SEASCAPE V in her first permanent stewardess position. As Third Stewardess onboard SEASCAPE V, Serena works across housekeeping, laundry and guest service, as well as creating tablescapes. Friendly and approachable, she enjoys making guests feel comfortable and believes the small details and anticipating what guests need are what turn a good charter into a memorable one. Serena has always had an adventurous side, with interests ranging from horse riding and athletics to yoga and hiking. She particularly loves exploring the English national parks and recently completed her first snow climb, reaching approximately 6,000 metres. In the future, she hopes to explore more remote destinations, with Alaska and Iceland high on her list.

Born and raised in France, Cécil has been professionally trained in the culinary arts and has been developing his career as a Chef since 2009. He entered the yachting industry in 2022 onboard 33m M/Y PINK SHRIMP, spending two summer seasons cruising Corsica, Sardinia and Italy before joining 110m M/Y RADIANT as an Owner's Chef. He later joined 37m M/Y KOJU in Sint Maarten, completing an impressive 16 charters in seven months before joining SEASCAPE V. Cécil specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, drawing inspiration from fresh ingredients, relaxed Mediterranean flavours and the destinations he has experienced throughout his career. Comfortable adapting to dietary requirements and individual preferences, he enjoys creating menus around his guests and has one simple goal for every trip: to hear them say, "that was the best charter ever." Away from the galley, Cécil enjoys pickleball, hiking, wreck diving and riding motorcycles with friends. He is also a watch enthusiast and collector, with a growing interest in sourcing and trading unique timepieces. Cécil speaks fluent French, conversational English and has some knowledge of Italian and Turkish.

Juan was born and raised in Tampico, Mexico, surrounded by the sea, river and lagoon. His interest in engineering began at an early age through his father's marine business, where he spent much of his childhood learning to fix engines, driving boats and fishing. He went on to attend Nautical School, completing four years of Mechanical Engineering before beginning his professional maritime career onboard large commercial oil tankers. Juan transitioned into yachting in 2023 and has since worked exclusively onboard private and charter boats, including M/Y VITESSE, M/Y UH-OH, M/Y INCEPTION and now SEASCAPE V. As Engineer, he brings a practical, hands-on approach to the engine room and prides himself on always finding a solution to keep things running smoothly, even when the perfect spare part isn't immediately available. Juan speaks Spanish and English and has a genuine love of the sea. In his spare time, he enjoys watersports, working out, jogging, watching the sunset and keeping up with the latest developments in marine engineering. His long-term ambition is to achieve his Chief Engineer Unlimited qualification and one day establish his own marine engineering company. And one important detail about Juan: he loves donuts.

Marcel grew up in Cape Town, South Africa, spending much of his childhood around the beach and water before later living in the mountains of the Western Cape. After working across several industries, including hospitality, IT and sales, his love of the ocean eventually drew him back to the water and into a professional yachting career in 2022. Since then, he has worked onboard a number of boats throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean, including M/Y RETRIEVER, M/Y EROS, M/Y AQUA NOVA, M/Y PARAISO, M/Y SEAS THE DAY, M/Y AMIRA, M/Y GRAND ILLUSION, M/Y LADY NORA and M/Y BAD COMPANY before joining SEASCAPE V. As Deckhand, Marcel considers versatility one of his greatest strengths. While primarily working on deck, he is equally happy assisting in the engine room, helping with food preparation in the galley or lending a hand to the interior team whenever needed. A natural team player, he brings a practical, hands-on approach and is always willing to step in wherever the crew needs him. Marcel speaks English and Afrikaans and enjoys keeping active at the gym and riding his motorcycle in his spare time. Cape Town remains his favourite place in the world, and his long-term ambition in yachting is to continue developing his technical skills, with a particular interest in engineering and navigation.
