When the pandemic hit, she shut down her catering business and turned to yachting again successfully sharing her culinary creations with the TAIL LIGHTS charter guests and crew.

She loves the beach, so that is where she can be found in her spare time. Michelle’s bubbly and outgoing personality, combined with her passion for hospitality makes her a very valuable crew member on board TAIL LIGHTS.

TAIL LIGHTS
Testimonials:

May 2021
"We just arrived home and as you can imagine everyone was very sad to leave the boat. The boat was awesome and Capitan Sean and Crew were amazing. My kids are still posting the amazing meals Chef Tom cooked and all the adults are missing the fabulous drinks that were prepared by Suzy Q and Jess. Sean, Chris , Jess and Rob (aka Dallas) did a great Job getting all our adventures in even with the wind blowing. As I told them when we left the boat is great but the Crew really made the trip something special.
Thanks for your help in arranging and we will definitely contact you for our next trip on Tail Lights."

Hi Susan

The below message says it all.

Thank you and take care.

Neil Emmott

"Dear Neil,

From our whole family we can’t thank you enough! This was by far the best trip of our lives. We are beyond grateful to both of you for making this happen. Thank you, thank you.

The yacht and the crew were beyond our expectations and we all enjoyed every minute of it. And don’t get me started on the chef and all of our meals, an absolute 10+!

The only worry we have now is how will we ever top this? We need to plan the next one!

Thank you again,
Charterer

Hi Susan,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you with feedback from the "Charterer" They had a great few days aboard TAIL LIGHTS and really liked the crew, and had zero complaints or suggestions. I was discussing another charter with the client earlier this week and they would have taken TAIL LIGHTS again later this month if she wasn’t already booked and heading south. His wife also sent me the following message.

Thank you for checking in. We had an amazing time on the Tail Lights and the crew was so nice!

Warm Regards,

Charterer

From a personal perspective I found Captain Sean excellent to work with. He took control of everything, was extremely responsive and nothing was any problem - I had full confidence that he and the crew were going to deliver a great experience for the guests. I would not hesitate to put clients aboard TAIL LIGHTS in the future (and based on the bookings you have for the winter I guess plenty of others share that opinion!)

Thanks again,

Broker

“I spoke at length with “the charterer” last night after the charter on TAIL LIGHTS and as you already know he was very happy. He said the crew did a phenomenal job, the chef Chris was amazing, and the service was excellent. He said he knows the kids and adults kept the crew busy and they deserved the big gratuity. He particularly appreciated the wonderful video they made for them from the trip and that was a fabulous surprise. He said the yacht was perfect for them, and he will let me know when he wants to charter again.”

Antigua Yacht Charter Show 2019

Hi Susan,
Love the crew onboard! I’ve had multiple very successful charters with Captain Andy in the past and would trust him with any clients. He is a huge asset to Tail Lights.

The chef, Thomas Day did a great job. The portions sizes were perfect for the occasion and the flavors nice and light and fresh. Great that he came up to introduce himself, and also to hear Andy tell the story of him coming from restaurants and them being lifelong friends. I think this is a really solid team all-around for Tail Lights.

The yacht itself looks better than ever. Love the large windows and headroom in lower cabins.
The main deck forward media room seems like a bit of wasted space, but surely great for kids. Great tender! The flybridge seating area for lunch was a bit challenging for service when full, but never uncomfortable. The bench seat is quite far from the table, so maybe that’s something they can troubleshoot for a yard period. Again, not uncomfortable but could be an area for improvement.

I would have no hesitations to put Tail Lights forward to clients, and I hope to do so very soon!

Dear Susan,

Just wanted to give you a massive thank you for my lunch on TAIL LIGHTS. Chef Tom’s food was incredible, and it was great to get to know Captain Andy.

The yacht is really great and, in my opinion, doesn’t really have too many competitors in her range. I won’t hesitate to recommend her to my clients.

Thanks again and hopefully speak soon!
Many thanks,

Josh Francis
