Advertised by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht MAMMA MIA is a 120 ft motor yacht featuring a hot tub. The primary distinction of MAMMA MIA are her elegant profile and culinary experience. MAMMA MIA spends the winter season in the Bahamas. She was completed by the well-known ship builder Benetti in 2007. A comprehensive refit was fulfilled in 2022. The ingenious yacht layout features 5 generous cabins and comfortably accommodates a maximum of 12 guests.

She features a (5) stateroom layout accommodating up to (12) guests within a tastefully done modern yet elegant décor, an Owner's Suite on the main deck with panoramic views, and (4) well-appointed guest cabins on the lower deck. The exterior deck areas are well suited for entertaining with the aft deck extending the main saloon, bridge deck just beyond the skylounge with a large alfresco dining area, and a sun deck including a bar, ample lounging areas, and a large jacuzzi.
The spacious on-deck master has ample storage and a walk-in wardrobe with an ensuite fully marbled bath and Hi-Lo TV entertainment system. The (4) lower deck guest suites have en-suite baths with two guest cabins equipped with pullmans and all new comforters and bedding in each cabin.

• Bahamas: weekly rate plus 35% APA, 10% Bahamas VAT, in addition to the 4% Bahamian Tax, and repositioning fees when applicable.

• CHRISTMAS/NEW YEARS CHARTERS: 10-night minimum OR 1-week ending on Dec 26th to accommodate a New Year's charter.

• REPOSITIONING FEE: All parties agree that the Charterer shall pay to reposition the yacht for a charter when applicable. This delivery fee will be calculated by gallons burned and valued at the current fuel price prior to the charter. This charge will be due with the final charter payment. Should the yacht secure another charter within the timeframe of a booking, out of the same port, the amount will be split between the charters and a credit will be added to the Charterers APA account.

All charterers will be held responsible for any damage to the vessel or excess cleaning measures deemed necessary after the charter. For example, red wine/liquid stains, burn holes, excessive dirtiness, and any/all destruction to vessels equipment requiring professional cleaning and/or replacement.TERM CHARTERS APA & FEES:
