Space that works. MAKE BIG HAPPEN is a 90-foot Ocean Alexander motor yacht built in 2020, and she’s set up to feel bigger than the number suggests thanks to an expansive skylounge and strong indoor-outdoor flow.

Upper deck payoff. The bridge deck brings the guest win: a deck jacuzzi, sun pads, sofas, and sliding glass doors that open the skylounge into one large hangout. Quick reset. Back to the view.

Proper water access. The beach club and swim platform make it easy to live at sea level, with extras like a Peloton bike on board for anyone who insists on “just a quick ride” before lunch.

Eight guests, flexible. She sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 cabins, including an on-deck master stateroom plus four cabins below, with a layout that includes two queen beds and two twin beds that join together for families or mixed groups.

Toys for real days. You get a 3.7m/12’2” RIB for beach runs and tow sports, plus paddleboards, an underwater scooter, inflatable water toys (including an inflatable island), snorkelling equipment, beach games, and light fishing gear.

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a motor yacht like Make Big Happen, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($20,500 - $32,800), making the charter cost $102,500 to $114,800. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
