Kittiwake was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, the huge open plan forward cockpit is perfect for breakfast dining and is a wonderful spot to relax while taking in the views. The fly-bridge offers 360-degree panoramic views and is the ideal entertainment area, fitted with decadent sun loungers to the rear for relaxing and a table with seating in the middle of the fly bridge, perfect for happy hour!

Kittiwake's interior is open plan and bathed in natural light, each cabin has luxury bed linens and towels provided for guests comfort.

Advertised by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht KITTIWAKE is a 48 ft sailing catamaran. The main attractions of KITTIWAKE are her absolute comfort and experienced crew. KITTIWAKE spends the summer and winter season in the Bahamas. She was completed by recognized shipbuilder Bali Catamarans in 2020. The expansive yacht layout features 3 cozy cabins and easily accommodates up to 6 guests.

KITTIWAKE is classified primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the core layout is spread out from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck features a variety of seating areas and usually it is where you, as a charter guest, spend most of your time. The tasteful cabins are connected by stairs to the main saloon - roomy, comfortable and pleasant. The cabins offer unbeatable views in the morning and are located just below deck. Multiple portholes offer desirable views, while providing privacy if needed.

Kittiwake has several expansive living areas ideal for charter vacation, the perfect setting to entertain and soak up the sun.

Kittiwake has three spacious and bright staterooms each with a private ensuite. The master cabin encompasses the entire port hull, with multiple large windows to enjoy the view. The starboard side consists of two queen cabins, with walk around beds, and one midship twin bunk cabin (crew cabin), and one queen aft cabin.

The crew will vacate their twin bunk cabin for the aft queen should the twins be requested for charter.

Christmas 2024 in The Bahamas!

Our trip exceeded our expectations. First off Ale and Mary could not have been nicer and more accommodating hosts.

Ale is a great captain and very knowledgeable. He took us fishing, took us to explore many different Island spots, taught us how to play card games, shared his nautical knowledge and made us some great drinks.

Mary is a great chef. She started working before we even arrived by procuring the food for the delicious meals she prepared. We have many food allergies and she was so accommodating and shared ingredients of each meal prior to serving them. The food preparation, presentation and tastes were all awesome! She has great recipes and every meal was just delicious. She prepared a great menu for our week to accommodate our family. She even decorated the boat for our Christmas celebration. From the time we landed to the time we departed she made all transportation arrangements which made traveling so much easier.

Both Ale and Mary worked tirelessly to make sure our family had a trip of a lifetime and got to have a wonderful experience in the Bahamas. Thighly recommend Kittiwake and Ale and Mary for anyone looking for a trip of a lifetime and am glad to have made some new friends!

We’ve had an amazing trip!!! Capt Ale and Mary were absolutely fabulous, very accommodating and true masters at their craft! We fished, swam, snorkeled and relaxed! Food and drinks were on point! We were treated like absolute ROYALTY by our crew!! This will hopefully be the first of many charters for us and we will recommend you/Kittiwake/Capt Ale and Mary to all of our friends. Truly Magical Trip!

In short... we loved it! It was truly a magical trip for all of us.

Captain Brynn
Did everything in his power to meet or exceed all the requests on our preference sheets. All of the anchorages were beautiful and secluded (as much as possible). We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, and snorkeling at various locations -- and most of the time it was only our group. Awesome! We experienced being under sail (fantastic) and also motoring when conditions weren't good for sailing. We fished and hooked something large, but unfortunately it broke the line -- very exciting! We saw turtles, dolphin, and several reef shark from the boat, and swam with the nurse sharks. We enjoyed relaxing sunsets from the boat with refreshing cocktails prepared by Brynn.

What an amazing chef! We had no idea that meals aboard would be fine dining experiences -- never a duplicated dish and all beautifully presented. It is amazing how she was able to prepare such elaborate meals while underway -- with quite choppy seas in some cases. Unbelievable!

While we all own boats and are accustomed to being on the water, none of us expected how much different (in a wonderful way) sailing would be from a motorboat. We are all looking forward to our next sailing vacation!

Best Trip Ever!

I wanted to write this review, because this was the best trip ever!

Reflecting on my husband 60th Birthday Celebration, I couldn't have asked for a better way to Celebrate aboard the Catamaran Kittiwake and the Wonderful Crew Captain Brynn and our Chef Jennifer assisting with the meals.

We have done a few charters in the past, but this one, was by far, the BEST ONE!

The itinerary that our Captain Brynn organized for us, was so fun and relaxing, included everything we wanted to do and more.
He was always very attentive to our needs and was very flexible to what we wanted to do. He went out of his call of duty to give us the best trip ever. My son brought his Kitesurf and Brynn was always there so support and assist with the kite. I felt they were just like family to us.

Jennifer, our Chef also went out of her call of duty to create special meals for us so that we can enjoy our time exploring. We always wanted to be with both of them, it was so fun.

We also felt so safe, on our last night in Paradise Island, the sailboat next to us wasn't anchored properly, of course we didn't know that until next morning, as we were sleeping, Thanks to Brynn who was
up all night to keep us safe from the Sailboat to drift on us.

We are world travelers. My kids have travelled the world, but at the end of this trip, they said it was their favorite trip of all.
I highly recommend this crew, as the crew is what makes the difference to make your vacation a memorable one.

I need to tell you how awesome Brynn was to have as a captain. First and foremost he made us feel safe. He was very professional and obviously knew how to handle the boat. He took very good care of us. Secondly, and most importantly as a guest on vacation, he was fun! Once the boat was settled, he was social and had such a great personality. We had great conversations! This was our first charter family vacation and wished we had done it sooner! It was the best family vacation we ever experienced. For the first time, as parents, we were not exhausted after the vacation for having to plan daily excursions and meals throughout the trip. Captain Wouts was incredible with our three teen boys. He kept them busy everyday. His patience and thoughtfulness with teaching the boys how to wakeboard was a highlight. Captains daily excursions were out of this world! He knew all the special spots and was able to get us in and out well before the tourist crowds. He was so kind and willing to answer all our yachting questions as we are planning on purchasing a similar boat when we retire.

Chef/Crew Kelly was equally remarkable. Her food was out of this world! My picky boys cleaned their plate every single meal! She and Wouts kept our drinks full, bellies filled and memories over-flowing. By the end of the trip, they felt like family and it was hard to say goodbye. I cannot recommend this Crew enough for a family experience that will last a lifetime!

My husband and I, along with two friends, decided to charter Kittiwake and sail the Exumas. I can say without reservation it was one of the most enjoyable and restorative vacations we've ever taken. The new boat was ultra-comfortable and spacious with plenty of places to curl up and read or watch the mind-blowing scenery unfold. And Kittiwake's many amenities provided a luxurious touch.
Most importantly, though, was the crew. From the moment we came onboard, Captain Wouts and Chef Kelly took care of us in every respect. Their professionalism and commitment to our enjoyment never ceased to impress us. Wouts MUST have gotten tired of my incessant questions about the boat’s operation…...but you’d never know it. He’s a delight and went the extra nautical mile to take care of us. Chef Kelly produced the most delectable meals, including some award-worthy desserts. She’s a highly talented chef with a bright outlook, all of which is reflected in her dishes. There’s so much more I could say about this trip. Five out of five stars. It would be impossible to place a value on how much we loved it. We’ll be back.

What a great time! Wouts & Kelly were knowledgable, efficient and most of all, lots of fun. Wouts so patient with sailing instruction and especially the tying of knots. Kelly is an excellent cook of a wide variety of dishes. Both, however, are terrible card players, and Kelly won't be making singing her new career! Seriously though, would definitely run this trip back on Kittiwake and its great crew!

First off Ale and Mary could not have been nicer and more accommodating hosts.<br /> <br /> Ale is a great captain and very knowledgeable. He took us fishing, took us to explore many different Island spots, taught us how to play card games, shared his nautical knowledge and made us some great drinks.<br /> <br /> Mary is a great chef. She started working before we even arrived by procuring the food for the delicious meals she prepared. We have many food allergies and she was so accommodating and shared ingredients of each meal prior to serving them. The food preparation, presentation and tastes were all awesome! She has great recipes and every meal was just delicious. She prepared a great menu for our week to accommodate our family. She even decorated the boat for our Christmas celebration. From the time we landed to the time we departed she made all transportation arrangements which made traveling so much easier.<br /> <br /> Both Ale and Mary worked tirelessly to make sure our family had a trip of a lifetime and got to have a wonderful experience in the Bahamas. Awesome! We experienced being under sail (fantastic) and also motoring when conditions weren't good for sailing. We fished and hooked something large, but unfortunately it broke the line -- very exciting! We saw turtles, dolphin, and several reef shark from the boat, and swam with the nurse sharks. We enjoyed relaxing sunsets from the boat with refreshing cocktails prepared by Brynn.<br /> <br /> Chef Erica <br /> What an amazing chef! We had no idea that meals aboard would be fine dining experiences -- never a duplicated dish and all beautifully presented. It is amazing how she was able to prepare such elaborate meals while underway -- with quite choppy seas in some cases. He went out of his call of duty to give us the best trip ever. My son brought his Kitesurf and Brynn was always there so support and assist with the kite. I felt they were just like family to us. <br /> <br /> Jennifer, our Chef also went out of her call of duty to create special meals for us so that we can enjoy our time exploring. We always wanted to be with both of them, it was so fun.<br /> <br /> We also felt so safe, on our last night in Paradise Island, the sailboat next to us wasn't anchored properly, of course we didn't know that until next morning, as we were sleeping, Thanks to Brynn who was <br /> up all night to keep us safe from the Sailboat to drift on us.<br /> <br /> We are world travelers. And Kittiwake's many amenities provided a luxurious touch. <br /> Most importantly, though, was the crew. From the moment we came onboard, Captain Wouts and Chef Kelly took care of us in every respect. Their professionalism and commitment to our enjoyment never ceased to impress us. Wouts MUST have gotten tired of my incessant questions about the boat’s operation…...but you’d never know it. He’s a delight and went the extra nautical mile to take care of us. Chef Kelly produced the most delectable meals, including some award-worthy desserts. She’s a highly talented chef with a bright outlook, all of which is reflected in her dishes. First off Ale and Mary could not have been nicer and more accommodating hosts.<br /> <br /> Ale is a great captain and very knowledgeable. He took us fishing, took us to explore many different Island spots, taught us how to play card games, shared his nautical knowledge and made us some great drinks.<br /> <br /> Mary is a great chef. She started working before we even arrived by procuring the food for the delicious meals she prepared. We have many food allergies and she was so accommodating and shared ingredients of each meal prior to serving them. The food preparation, presentation and tastes were all awesome! She has great recipes and every meal was just delicious. She prepared a great menu for our week to accommodate our family. She even decorated the boat for our Christmas celebration. From the time we landed to the time we departed she made all transportation arrangements which made traveling so much easier.<br /> <br /> Both Ale and Mary worked tirelessly to make sure our family had a trip of a lifetime and got to have a wonderful experience in the Bahamas. All of the anchorages were beautiful and secluded (as much as possible). We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, and snorkeling at various locations -- and most of the time it was only our group. Awesome! We experienced being under sail (fantastic) and also motoring when conditions weren't good for sailing. We fished and hooked something large, but unfortunately it broke the line -- very exciting! We saw turtles, dolphin, and several reef shark from the boat, and swam with the nurse sharks. We had no idea that meals aboard would be fine dining experiences -- never a duplicated dish and all beautifully presented. He went out of his call of duty to give us the best trip ever. My son brought his Kitesurf and Brynn was always there so support and assist with the kite. I can say without reservation it was one of the most enjoyable and restorative vacations we've ever taken. The new boat was ultra-comfortable and spacious with plenty of places to curl up and read or watch the mind-blowing scenery unfold. And Kittiwake's many amenities provided a luxurious touch. <br /> Most importantly, though, was the crew. From the moment we came onboard, Captain Wouts and Chef Kelly took care of us in every respect. Their professionalism and commitment to our enjoyment never ceased to impress us. Wouts MUST have gotten tired of my incessant questions about the boat’s operation…...but you’d never know it. He’s a delight and went the extra nautical mile to take care of us. Chef Kelly produced the most delectable meals, including some award-worthy desserts. She’s a highly talented chef with a bright outlook, all of which is reflected in her dishes. There’s so much more I could say about this trip. Five out of five stars. It would be impossible to place a value on how much we loved it. First off Ale and Mary could not have been nicer and more accommodating hosts.<br /> <br /> Ale is a great captain and very knowledgeable. He took us fishing, took us to explore many different Island spots, taught us how to play card games, shared his nautical knowledge and made us some great drinks.<br /> <br /> Mary is a great chef. She started working before we even arrived by procuring the food for the delicious meals she prepared. We have many food allergies and she was so accommodating and shared ingredients of each meal prior to serving them. The food preparation, presentation and tastes were all awesome! She has great recipes and every meal was just delicious. She prepared a great menu for our week to accommodate our family. She even decorated the boat for our Christmas celebration. From the time we landed to the time we departed she made all transportation arrangements which made traveling so much easier.<br /> <br /> Both Ale and Mary worked tirelessly to make sure our family had a trip of a lifetime and got to have a wonderful experience in the Bahamas. I can say without reservation it was one of the most enjoyable and restorative vacations we've ever taken. The new boat was ultra-comfortable and spacious with plenty of places to curl up and read or watch the mind-blowing scenery unfold. And Kittiwake's many amenities provided a luxurious touch. <br /> Most importantly, though, was the crew. From the moment we came onboard, Captain Wouts and Chef Kelly took care of us in every respect. Their professionalism and commitment to our enjoyment never ceased to impress us. Wouts MUST have gotten tired of my incessant questions about the boat’s operation…...but you’d never know it. He’s a delight and went the extra nautical mile to take care of us. First off Ale and Mary could not have been nicer and more accommodating hosts.<br /> <br /> Ale is a great captain and very knowledgeable. He took us fishing, took us to explore many different Island spots, taught us how to play card games, shared his nautical knowledge and made us some great drinks.<br /> <br /> Mary is a great chef. She started working before we even arrived by procuring the food for the delicious meals she prepared. We have many food allergies and she was so accommodating and shared ingredients of each meal prior to serving them. The food preparation, presentation and tastes were all awesome! She has great recipes and every meal was just delicious. She prepared a great menu for our week to accommodate our family. She even decorated the boat for our Christmas celebration. From the time we landed to the time we departed she made all transportation arrangements which made traveling so much easier.<br /> <br /> Both Ale and Mary worked tirelessly to make sure our family had a trip of a lifetime and got to have a wonderful experience in the Bahamas. All of the anchorages were beautiful and secluded (as much as possible). We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, and snorkeling at various locations -- and most of the time it was only our group. Awesome! We experienced being under sail (fantastic) and also motoring when conditions weren't good for sailing. We fished and hooked something large, but unfortunately it broke the line -- very exciting! We saw turtles, dolphin, and several reef shark from the boat, and swam with the nurse sharks. We enjoyed relaxing sunsets from the boat with refreshing cocktails prepared by Brynn.<br /> <br /> Chef Erica <br /> What an amazing chef! We had no idea that meals aboard would be fine dining experiences -- never a duplicated dish and all beautifully presented. He went out of his call of duty to give us the best trip ever. My son brought his Kitesurf and Brynn was always there so support and assist with the kite. I felt they were just like family to us. <br /> <br /> Jennifer, our Chef also went out of her call of duty to create special meals for us so that we can enjoy our time exploring. We always wanted to be with both of them, it was so fun.<br /> <br /> We also felt so safe, on our last night in Paradise Island, the sailboat next to us wasn't anchored properly, of course we didn't know that until next morning, as we were sleeping, Thanks to Brynn who was <br /> up all night to keep us safe from the Sailboat to drift on us.<br /> <br /> We are world travelers. Everything has been wonderful - From the blue ocean, the white sails, to the delicious food. We have loved exploring the Exumas on this sturdy vessel. We will be back!! <br /> -Charles & Camille<br /> <br /> <br /> My husband and I, along with two friends, decided to charter Kittiwake and sail the Exumas. I can say without reservation it was one of the most enjoyable and restorative vacations we've ever taken. The new boat was ultra-comfortable and spacious with plenty of places to curl up and read or watch the mind-blowing scenery unfold. And Kittiwake's many amenities provided a luxurious touch. <br /> Most importantly, though, was the crew. From the moment we came onboard, Captain Wouts and Chef Kelly took care of us in every respect. Their professionalism and commitment to our enjoyment never ceased to impress us. Wouts MUST have gotten tired of my incessant questions about the boat’s operation…...but you’d never know it. He’s a delight and went the extra nautical mile to take care of us. Chef Kelly produced the most delectable meals, including some award-worthy desserts. She’s a highly talented chef with a bright outlook, all of which is reflected in her dishes. There’s so much more I could say about this trip. Five out of five stars. It would be impossible to place a value on how much we loved it. Wouts & Kelly were knowledgable, efficient and most of all, lots of fun. Wouts so patient with sailing instruction and especially the tying of knots. Kelly is an excellent cook of a wide variety of dishes. Both, however, are terrible card players, and Kelly won't be making singing her new career! Seriously though, would definitely run this trip back on Kittiwake and its great crew!</div><div class='clr'></div> </div> </div>
