Yacht Description
Mezzanine, not gimmick. HOUBARA is a 78ft/24m Sunreef sailing catamaran (built 2012, refit 2024) that uses her double-deck layout well, including a smart mezzanine lounge with an open bar so the pre-dinner crowd is not parked in the galley.
Outdoor living works. The cockpit is set up for proper meals with a dining table for up to 8, plus plenty of deck space for lounging and sunbathing. Short version: no one needs to “take a shift” to get a good seat.
Cabins with perks. She sleeps 6 guests in 3 en-suite cabins: a master with a jacuzzi, a queen cabin, and a twin that converts to a double with an additional Pullman bed. Big windows help with the “catamaran cave” problem. Done.
Watersports are covered. Bring the energy: Jet Ski (standup), wakeboard, water skis, paddleboards, donut/towable, snorkeling gear, and scuba diving equipment, plus a 5.5m Zodiac tender for runs ashore and general plot advancement.
