Introduced by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht BIRDY is a 110 ft motor yacht featuring a jetski and a hot tub. The most attractive features of BIRDY are her elegant profile and alfresco dining areas. BIRDY spends the summer and winter season in the Bahamas. She was constructed by recognized shipbuilder Broward in 2004. A succesful refit was fulfilled in 2023. The spacious yacht layout features 4 large cabins and comfortably accommodates a group of 8 guests.

BIRDY is classified as a superyacht. The key part of the yacht, generously sized aft deck, leads to the attractive and sleek main salon. The main saloon is a comfortable space to spend time when the aft deck might not be as desirable (at port, private conversations) and offers a range of entertainment options.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a motor yacht like BIRDY, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($13,375 - $21,400), making the charter cost $66,875 to $74,900. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
