First, we confirm reality: whether the yacht you asked about is actually free on your dates, and at what price, since rates move through the year. At the same time we pull together comparable boats, including ones with better deals or better crew fit, so you choose from a real shortlist rather than one listing.

Once you pick, the steps are: charter agreement, then payments per the contract terms, then the preference sheet. That sheet is where the trip gets personal: dietary needs, allergies, drinks, celebration plans, watersports priorities. The crew provisions the boat around it, which is why we take it seriously.

From inquiry to signed contract can take a day or a month; it moves at your pace, and asking questions costs nothing.
