We are more than 12 guests. Should we take one yacht or two?

Two yachts, in most cases. For big groups, splitting across two boats usually comes out 20 to 50% cheaper than one yacht large enough to sleep everyone. Yacht cost climbs steeply with size, and most charter yachts are limited to 12 guests anyway, so the single-boat option quickly means a much larger, much more expensive vessel.

Two boats cruising together is called a tandem charter, and it works better than most groups expect: the yachts anchor side by side, guests move between them, and the captains coordinate the route so nobody misses the fun. Day charters are a different calculation, and there are occasional exceptions for yachts licensed above 12 guests. Tell us your headcount and dates and we will price both versions for you.
