New build, no compromises. SEA EO is an 88-foot Ocean Alexander, built in 2024, set up for guests who want a modern platform that just works. Sleeps up to 10 guests in five staterooms.

Water time, sorted. The glass-backed beach club and swim platform make getting in and out of the water painless. Quick rinse, back on deck. There is also an outdoor shower for the post-swim reset.

Deck plan for adults. An on-deck Jacuzzi and a proper foredeck lounge give the group two strong outdoor hangouts, plus a BBQ when lunch needs to turn into “we live here now.” Stabilizers at anchor are onboard, so the boat stays calm when you stop.

Toys without overthinking. You have SEABOBs, sea scooters, paddleboards, a kayak, towables, snorkeling gear, and beach games, plus light fishing gear and yoga mats for the ambitious. A 21' Edgewater tender (200hp) handles the shuttling and exploring.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a motor yacht like SEA EO, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($22,500 - $36,000), making the charter cost $112,500 to $126,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
