BEACHFRONT II Yacht Description

Jacuzzi first, always. BEACHFRONT II is a 105-foot Princess (built 2012, refit 2023) that keeps the day simple: head to the sundeck, claim a spot near the deck jacuzzi, and let everyone else work around you.

Easy deck flow. The sundeck is set up for actual use, with dining under the hard roof plus a wet bar, and the main deck aft gives you a second shaded dining option. Steps lead down to the swim platform, so getting in and out of the water is not a group project. Short. Direct.

Toys that get used. You have two 2023 Seadoo jet skis with audio, two 2023 Seabobs, and two 2023 Flite E-Foils, plus paddleboards, adult water skis, a wakeboard, and snorkeling gear. There is also a 32ft Intrepid tender fully rigged for fishing, with fishing gear onboard, for guests who like their “relaxing” to involve a rod.

Ten guests, sensibly. She sleeps 10 in five cabins, including a main deck master, plus three double cabins and one twin on the lower deck, all with en-suite bathrooms. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi keep things civilized when you come inside.

Accommodation

Master Stateroom — Main Deck

Occupying a prime position forward on the main deck, the full-beam master suite is a sanctuary of light and space. Expansive panoramic windows frame sweeping ocean views, while a king-size bed, vanity desk, and ample wardrobe storage ensure complete comfort. The en-suite bathroom is finished in marble, with dual sinks, a walk-in rain shower, and a separate bathtub, creating a serene retreat for the principal guests.

Two Double Guest Suites — Lower Deck Amidships

Amidships on the lower deck are two beautifully appointed double guest suites, each featuring a queen-size bed, refined cabinetry, and large hull windows that fill the space with natural light. Both cabins include en-suite bathrooms with glass-enclosed showers and elegant stone finishes, providing a luxurious and private escape for guests.

Third Double Guest Cabin — Lower Deck

Forward on the lower deck is a third double guest cabin, equal in comfort and style to the amidship suites. This well-appointed space offers a queen-size bed, generous storage, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and contemporary fixtures.

Twin Cabin — Lower Deck

Forward on the lower deck, the twin cabin provides flexibility for families or friends, featuring two single berths, an entertainment system, and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Broker Feedback:

Good morning ,

It was a pleasure working with you both, you made it easy and not stressful dealing with a cancellation. As you know the client has chartered a few times before and stared the conversation with “this was the best one yet” .

“We saw and did more than we did on the last 2 trips combined. This is an active group, and Captain Brian was terrific! He was engaged and participated in everything on board. We did several excursions we had not done before, and we truly appreciated the effort made by him and the entire crew. Brian is a true asset to the team and hopefully the owner knows what a great guy he is.”

The chef was the best we have had yet. One of the couples owns a restaurant and were equally impressed. He did several different types of cuisines for dinner, Italian, Japanese, Greek and nailed it each time. Service was also great and we’re truly happy with the charter overall. A few of the couples had not done it before, they heard our stories and had expectations, Captain Brian and crew exceeded all expectations on this trip.”

Thank you both again for another great charter on Beachfront II, looking forward to working with again soon.

Good Morning Brian, Cubby, Zac, Crystal and Blessing:

On behalf of all of us I wanted to reach out and say thank you for providing the experience of a lifetime.

Everything was perfect and we have no idea how it could have been any better!

The boat was beautiful, the breakfasts, lunches and dinners were out of this world, the drinks were great and the daily excursions were spectacular.

We just loved the interactions between Brian and Cubby, just like twin sons of different mothers.

Zac’s cooking was unreal. Ms. y and Ms. z were plotting to kidnap him but could not work out the details.

Crystal and Blessing’s service was five stars all the way. I now require Ms. x to greet me with a cold drink and a cold washcloth every time I get off the lawn mower!

Even Henry our van driver was a pleasure to ride with.

Once again, a big thank you from the x friends and family charter!

Ps. Brian & Cubby – Keep your eyes open for a follow up email on fly fishing your way across the USA. Maybe with luck we will convert Cubby into a fly fishing fanatic like the rest of us?

To Brian, Ricky, L.A., Crystal, Blessing -

We felt pampered & spoiled from the minute we stepped foot on the yacht.

It's our 4th charter and was by far the best experience and the best crew.

Brian your knowledge and background in the Exumas gave us a lifetime memory.

Thank you for everything.

We would love to see you again.
