Hope Town is the single most photographed spot in the Abacos: a candy-striped, hand-cranked lighthouse standing over a horseshoe harbour lined with pastel cottages. There’s no real anchorage inside the harbour itself, most charters pick up a mooring or anchor off nearby Tahiti Beach and tender in.
Don’t miss climbing the lighthouse near sunset, one of the last kerosene-powered lights left in the world, worth the climb for the view alone.
