ARTEMIS Yacht Description

Big yacht, eight guests. This 109-foot Mangusta (built 2021, refit 2023) is set up to sleep 8 in 4 cabins, so you get proper space without having to build a guest list spreadsheet.

Deck life is the point. There is a Jacuzzi forward with a shade option for the low-effort crowd, plus floor-to-ceiling windows and doors in the main deck salon so you still feel outside when you duck in for air conditioning. Good separation. Easy togetherness.

Water access, simplified. The swim platform gives straightforward access to the sea and the toys, with a step-style entrance down to the water. Less ladder drama.

Toys that earn their keep. A 34 ft Airship tender with twin Mercury Verado power handles the heavy lifting, backed up by 2 SeaDoos, 2 Seabobs F5, a Flite foil electric surfboard, and the usual crowd-pleasers like wakeboard, water skis, and snorkel gear.

Cabins with options. You have an on-deck master with a walk-in shower and steam feature, plus guest cabins below including two doubles and two twins that can convert to queen/custom double beds (note: the captain utilizes one of the guest cabins, so confirm final cabin allocation for your group).

Accommodation

**** Captain utilizes one of the guest cabins. Guests have a choice of four out of five staterooms including Master (King), on deck and 4 below, all en-suite.****

Floor to ceiling windows and doors surround the main deck salon allowing guests to feel as if they are outside while protected indoors when needed. The formal dining seats 8 guests while the aft and flybridge dining, in true al fresco style will seat more, especially lending shade cover overhead as well. In addition to the lounge area on the flybrdge aft combined with high top bar, guests have an equally as large al fresco dining, sunning and Jacuzzi area forward with shade option.

On deck Master Stateroom forward with a large walk in shower with steam feature. Long concealed hanging closets for guests.
Below deck are 4 guests staterooms, 3 of which guests may choose. There are two Queen and two Twin. Each Twin stateroom converts if desired to Queen/ custom double beds.

Easy access to the water and toys from the swim platform with beautiful step entrance escalading down.

Captain: Grace Mott

CAPTAIN | Grace Mott | American
Captain Grace began her life on the water in the Florida Keys, where she worked as a scuba instructor and first discovered her passion for the ocean and exploration. What started beneath the surface quickly evolved into a lifelong calling above it. Drawn by a love of travel, adventure, and exceptional guest experiences, she transitioned naturally into yachting—combining her deep respect for the sea with a calm, confident leadership style.

Her career has taken her across some of the world’s most remarkable cruising grounds, including the U.S. East Coast, the Bahamas, Central America, Iceland, Norway, the United Kingdom, and Thailand. Grace has crossed the Atlantic three times and transited the Panama Canal twice, experiences that have shaped her into a highly capable and globally seasoned seafarer. Whether navigating remote northern waters or island-hopping in the tropics, she brings precision, foresight, and an unflappable presence to every voyage.

Grace holds a USCG Master 500-Ton Oceans license, and proudly commands Artemis. Guests and crew consistently appreciate her approachable demeanor, clear communication, and genuine enthusiasm for sharing the destinations she knows so well.

With a background that includes expedition cruising with National Geographic and years of hands-on experience managing complex itineraries, refits, and crew operations, Grace ensures every charter runs seamlessly behind the scenes—allowing guests to fully relax and enjoy the journey. A passionate diver and ocean advocate, she delights in helping guests connect more deeply with the sea, whether through snorkeling, diving, or discovering hidden anchorages off the beaten path.

Grace’s long-term dream is to cruise every ocean and reach both poles, and that sense of curiosity and adventure infuses every charter she leads. For guests aboard Artemis, she offers not just expert seamanship, but a thoughtfully curated experience—safe, engaging, and unforgettable.

MATE | Emmanuel Rousset| Mauritius

Emmanuel, commonly called Manny by his fellow crew mates, started yachting mid 2019 and has since sailed in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Central America on the pacific side, the Indian Ocean, and for the first time the East coast of the US and the Bahamas.

He was born in Mauritius, both his parents were born there as well.
For as long as he can remember he has always loved the sea, spending most of his weekends surfing, kite surfing, or blaming the forecast because there are no waves or wind for the foreseeable future. Although he only learned how to properly sail at 18, he fell in love with it and his life goal is to circumnavigate the world with his best friend. This will happen tomorrow if one of them win’s at the lottery or more realistically when they are 40 years old.

CHEF | Davitt Conroy | Irish

Davitt is Irish to the core, born and raised in Cork, Ireland, where his passion for food was shaped by a deep appreciation for quality ingredients, tradition, and hospitality. With over 15 years in the yachting industry, he brings a rare blend of refined technique and genuine warmth to every table. His career has also included time as a successful restaurateur, further honing his ability to create memorable dining experiences tailored to each guest.
Davitt’s culinary journey is truly global. He has refined his craft aboard luxury yachts and within exclusive private residences across the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and throughout the United States. Drawing inspiration from each destination, his cuisine reflects both the regions he has traveled and the guests he has served—thoughtful, flavorful, and always beautifully presented.

Known for designing robust, indulgent menus with a strong emphasis on nutrition and balance, Davitt excels at creating cuisine that is both satisfying and energizing—perfectly suited to life on the water. His repertoire spans a wide range of international cuisines, seamlessly blending classic techniques with modern, fresh approaches.

His background includes experience in Michelin-level kitchens in New York City, as well as leading private dining ventures in NYC and Ireland, where his culinary roots run deepest. Whether crafting an elegant multi-course tasting menu, a relaxed beachside lunch, or a personalized wellness-focused dining program, Davitt’s approach is always bespoke, intuitive, and guest-centric—ensuring that every meal becomes a highlight of the charter experience.

CHIEF STEW | Jessica Ward | New Zealand

Born in Thailand and raised in New Zealand, Jess grew up far from the world of luxury yachting. A tomboy at heart, her childhood was spent on farms riding horses, driving tractors, and getting her hands dirty. She ended up leaving school early and jumped straight into outdoor, hands-on trade work, happiest when she was outside and on the move; from green keeping, to paramedicine, to running a horse riding academy. That love of adventure eventually led her into the yachting world — where she swapped her steel-capped boots for a radio, mini skirt and slick back pony tail. After nearly four years in the industry, starting out on deck and working her way into the interior, Jess has found her groove creating memorable experiences for guests while still keeping that laid-back Kiwi energy she’s known for.

Detail-oriented, practical, and always up for an adventure, Jess loves life on the water and is proud to be part of the crew on M/Y Artemis. Whether she’s setting the scene for a perfect day or sharing a laugh along the way, she’s right at home making sure every guest feels relaxed, looked after, and ready for whatever the day brings.

STEWARDESS | Christina Chauffe | American

A proud Louisiana native, 25-year-old Chrissy knows a thing or two about southern hospitality—and she’s made it her mission to share that warmth with the world. After earning a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Chrissy set off on an adventure of her own, joining the yachting world to blend her love of travel with her passion for making people feel at home, no matter the location.

When she’s not sailing the seas, Chrissy can be found experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, at the yoga studio, or taking in the great outdoors from the comfort of her hammock (preferably with a journal in hand—she’s a serious enthusiast). She’s also a music lover, always ready to set the vibe.
Whether it’s exploring new destinations, meeting new friends, or just taking in the world around her, Chrissy is always seeking her next adventure to savour.
