Alex runs the yacht's safety and teamwork side on deck, drawing on years spent diving and boating along the East Coast of Africa. He worked as a shark feeder and underwater videographer in Grand Bahama before yachting, so he knows the waters guests swim in.

Ben has spent twenty years on yachts, mostly as Chief Engineer, keeping machinery and systems running in the background of a charter. He has been sailing and racing since the age of 8 and also tech dives.

Kyleigh joined the interior team after a year coordinating conventions at the Philadelphia International Marriott, where timing and group logistics were the job. That experience carries into service for a full boat of guests.
