Price Terms

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a power catamaran like Pick Me Too, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price ($6,732 - $11,781), making the charter cost $40,391 to $45,440. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Exceeds all expectations!

Everything about our week on the beautiful boat exceeded my expectations! Captain Dave and Lorraine could not have been more accommodating, thoughtful and kind to our family! We were very active with adult kids wanting action, meals and relaxation!! There was always something for everyone and the boat was so perfect! We enjoyed wake boarding, snorkeling, hiking, movie night, delicious meals, lots of drinks, fancy snacks, swimming with tarpon, sunsets, island hopping, paddle boarding, so much fun! Outstanding Charter with MarineMax Vacations

1 Week MarineMax Charter starting in Tortola at Nanny Cay. Captain Dave was FANTASTIC!!! Family of 6 were with him on Pick Me Too- Aquila 54 Power Cat. Plenty of room with 4 suites plus a captains cabin, large salon with multiple outside seating options and his tender to easily get to the each and restaurants. Captain Dave is very knowledgeable, super friendly, and knows the BVI's very well. As a former airline pilot, Captain Dave is precise and fun at the same time. Attention to detail was outstanding.

Weather was also great which made the entire experience a 10+

I highly recommend MarineMax Vacations and specifically Captain Dave if you're considering a vacation in the BVI's. We absolutely loved it and plan to do it again!

Perfect week of fun and new experiences!

We just got back from an extraordinary trip with MarineMax Yacht charters in BVI. We had an amazing time thanks to professionalism and knowledge of Captain Dave Lindley. He showed us unique spots for snorkeling and hiking and found us great restaurants and out of the way "local" places that we would never have seen without him.
