David Osorio

A native from New York City, after graduating with an undergrad in Business Management David continued by working within the Financial Services industry for 8 years. His time spent in corporate America helped him develop important traits that would prove vital when he made the transition to life at sea.
In 2007 David made the commitment to leave NYC for Florida to pursue a new career in Yachting. Without any formal training, it was a choice met with challenges at every step of the way. David took advantage of every opportunity he could to help in his upward success in yachting. With proper schooling and hands on training David is now a certified captain and an accomplished navigator. His technical training is complimented by his hard work ethic and his easy-going demeanor.
In addition to my yachting experiences in the Caribbean and Mediterranean, I have also sailed from the Mediterranean to the River Thames, crossing the English Channel. This voyage presented its own set of challenges and allowed me to navigate through one of the busiest shipping lanes in the world. Sailing across the English Channel provided me with a unique perspective on the maritime traffic, diverse coastal landscapes, and the historical significance of this iconic waterway.
Throughout my yachting career, I have embraced opportunities to expand my expertise and push my boundaries. The journey from the Mediterranean to the River Thames was one such endeavor, where I further honed my navigation skills and demonstrated my ability to adapt to different waters and challenging conditions. This experience, combined with my previous accomplishments, has strengthened my capabilities as a capable and experienced sailor.
Working on various vessels, from private luxury yachts to charter boats, has provided me with a diverse range of experiences. As a captain and crew manager, I prioritize the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of both guests and crew members. My strong leadership skills, developed through years of navigating challenging waters, allow me to effectively manage and lead teams, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional experiences on board.
Having grown up in New York City, my connection to the water and passion for sailing have always been at the core of my being. The decision to leave the corporate world and embrace a yachting career was driven by my unwavering desire for adventure, exploration, and a profound love for the sea. Billy Sanders, a native of Michigan, found his true calling amidst the coastal charm of Carolina. From an early age, he developed a passion for adventure sports, embracing the thrill of kitesurfing, sport fishing, free diving, spearfishing, wakeboarding, and surfing.
Billy's love for the sea led him to become a US Coast Guard licensed captain, ensuring a safe and exhilarating experience for those under his guidance. For six years, he served as a tour guide in Puerto Rico, sharing his extensive knowledge and love for the island's beauty with enthusiasts and novices alike.
His adventurous spirit transcends geographical boundaries, as he has explored five of the seven continents, leaving an indelible mark on each destination. Billy's diverse career includes roles as a Department of Defense security contractor, a skilled carpenter, and an engineer, showcasing his versatility and adaptability.
Beyond the adrenaline-pumping activities, Billy finds solace in quieter pursuits. An avid reader, he immerses himself in literature that broadens his perspectives. His commitment to a balanced lifestyle is evident in his dedication to boxing, exercise, and yoga.

Anna Marie Hayden, originally from Biloxi, Mississippi, is a 24-year-old individual with a passion for exploration and personal growth. She pursued her higher education at Mississippi State University, where she studied Psychology and Therapy, aiming to better understand the complexities of the human mind and help others along their journey.

Anna is an active individual who values physical well-being. She enjoys engaging in activities such as Pilates, water sports, and swimming, which not only keep her fit but also bring her joy and a sense of adventure. Kimberly Pandel – Chief Stewardess

A Fort Lauderdale local, Kimberly was unable to escape her roots. After completing her formal education to become a Nurse, she decided she wasn't quite ready to work in the hospital. Instead, she yearned to travel. Growing up in the yachting capital of the world, Kimberly found a way to do just that.

Kimberly joined the yachting industry in 2020. She spent majority of 2021 and 2022 on heavy charter vessel chartering both the Bahamas and New England. After much hard work and dedication, Kimberly was offered the opportunity to move up to Chief Stewardess on a charter vessel in the Caribbean. She successfully completed 8 charters averaging a 25% tip. She is dedicated to creating the ultimate charter guest experience with her strong attention to detail and her elaborate theme nights.

Kimberly's healthcare background is an added bonus in the safety and wellbeing of all guests and crew. In her spare time, Kim enjoys hot yoga, being active, and spending time outdoors. She hopes to get certified in diving in the near future.


Sean Lenderman - Deckhand
