He initially started working onboard ships at the age of eighteen, delivering different types of cargo globally. After returning from the United Kingdom, he decided to embrace this industry with open arms. In Eddy’s words, "It is a pleasure to give guests an incredible experience in the yachting industry.”

CHEF | Alexandra DeCaro | Italian/American
Growing up in a 3 generation Italian American household, food was an important way to bring the family together at the end of the day. Often perched on the bench, her passion grew learning how to make the classic dishes of her ancestors. As a young adult, she grew more interested in learning other cuisines and their mother dishes, especially traditional Italian, Latin American, and Mediterranean cuisines.
She places great emphasis on using the freshest, nutritionally rich, and most diverse ingredients to create delicious meals from scratch. Alexandra has been working towards her passion of becoming a chef and putting her skills to the test by joining the yachting industry for the past 3 years. While exploring the beautiful destinations her job entailed, she completed multiple busy charter programs, expanding her knowledge of different styles of cuisine. Having the opportunity to work in remote locations, she sourced the freshest and most sustainable ingredients for unique and creative dishes which were seasonal. Alexandra is fueled by creativity, tasting, & traveling which inspires her to execute new exciting modern dishes.
