5. Norman’s T4 | 68 ft
“Highly Praised Crew and Open to Shorter Charters”
In my Top 5 Motor Yachts for Charter in the Bahamas under 55,000, I’m going to start at number five with Norman’s T4. Norman’s T4 is an elegant 68-foot motor yacht, distinguished by her impeccable, pristine interiors and striking design. She accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 comfortable cabins. Priced from $35,000 plus additional expenses, Norman’s T4 also accepts shorter-term charters. So, if you only have five days, this is a really great yacht to take a look at.
Norman’s T4 is managed by a highly praised crew, Irving and Ingrid, whose exceptional service has consistently earned outstanding reviews.
4. Limitless | 101 ft
“The Ideal Yacht for Water Sport Enthusiasts”
My number four yacht is Limitless, a 101-foot Hargrave with an interior designed by Shelley Dicondina. She can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 cabins. She starts at 54,900 plus expenses.
And if you are looking for a yacht with lots of water sports toys, this is it. She’s got a slide, she’s got jet ski, she’s got a deck jacuzzi, she’s got sea bobs, you name it, Limitless got it.
If you desire a thrilling and luxurious experience on the Bahamian waters, Limitless is the yacht you want to choose.

3. Hulya | 64 ft
“Super Spacious Yacht Ideal for Families or Couples”
My number three on the list is a Motor Catamaran called Hulya. She is a 2019 yacht with a recent refit. She starts at 34,000 for an all-inclusive yacht charter, which is something that’s a little bit unusual in the Bahamas. She has four very spacious cabins and accommodates eight guests.
The crew is just outstanding; they’re incredibly passionate about what they do, and it shows. And speaking of the crew, they have a beautiful little co-captain, a cute little dog called Coral. I’ve had a couple of charters on this boat, and without fail, everyone wants to take Coral home with them.
2. C-Daze | 87 ft
“Exquisite Dining Area on the Flybridge for enjoying the Bahamas’ View”
The number two yacht under $55,000 in the Bahamas that I would want to charter right now is C-Daze. This sleek 87-foot, Italian-made San Lorenzo yacht, built in 2020, is available for $55,000 plus expenses.
My favorite part of this beautiful boat is the dining area on the flybridge. To be honest, I don’t think I would spend time anywhere else but here. This flybridge is super spacious and absolutely exquisite. The views are unparalleled in the Bahamas, of course, and where is better to view it from than the flybridge of your own private yacht?
Another fantastic thing about C-Daze and something that guests consistently rave about is Chris, the super-experienced Swedish onboard chef whose culinary skills make dining aboard C-Daze a memorable highlight.
1. Sovereign | 102 ft
“The Perfect Home Away from Home”
My number one yacht to charter in the Bahamas, under $55,000, is a very unique yacht. Sovereign is a 100-foot yacht built by Burger Yachts in 1966 and recently refitted. I chose Sovereign as my number 1 yacht because I just find her so majestic and love the mix between her classic build and her modern interior design.
Available for only $40,500, Sovereign features vibrant interior décor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This yacht epitomizes the feeling of a home away from home, offering a relaxed and luxurious retreat at sea. I don’t know about you, but I want to feel at home on a yacht in the Bahamas every day of the week.

This was our first time ever booking a charter. We were fortunate enough to work with Marcelle who was fantastic from the beginning. We booked our trip 18 months out and can’t believe how responsive and helpful she was even though our trip was so far away. She was very helpful in helping us find the right boat for our trip, answering questions about crew, and provisioning. Any questions we had were answered right away and her experience and knowledge was comforting when we didn’t know what exactly to expect. I don’t have a bad thing to say about DMA or Marcelle and absolutely look forward to using them for our next charter. Thank you!

Frequenty Asked Questions
When is the best time to go on a Bahamas yacht charter?
The optimal time to charter a motor yacht in the Bahamas aligns with the region’s peak season, spanning from late November to early May. During these months, the Bahamas experience mild temperatures, minimal rainfall, and favorable sea conditions, creating an ideal setting for a seamless and enjoyable yachting experience. This timeframe ensures that charter clients can fully appreciate the stunning beauty of the Bahamas, explore its diverse islands, and indulge in the pleasures of cruising in optimal weather conditions.
Make sure to book your Bahamas yacht charter well in advance. Ideally, you would inquire about your coming charter 12 months in advance. WHY? The best motor yachts are often fully booked long in advance and it’s not unusual to see popular dates booked 2 summers ahead for a Bahamas yacht charter. Inquiring less than 6 months ahead often means that your first choice is unavailable for charter.
Where should I start my Bahamas yacht charter?
Most of our charters start and end in Nassau, The Capital city of The Bahamas. This is where the airport is located, and it is here you will find the best provisioning to get ready for your Bahamas yacht charter.
After leaving Nassau most of our clients choose a route heading south along the Exumas, stopping at locations such as Highborne Cay, Norman’s Cay, Warderick Wells Cay, and Staniel Cay, and then doing an anticlockwise loop up to Eleuthera before ending in Nassau again at the end of their Bahamas yacht charter.

How much does a luxury yacht charter cost in the bahamas?
For luxury yacht charters in the Bahamas, prices range from about $30,000 to $350,000 weekly, plus expenses. The cost depends on factors like the type of yacht, its size, and whether you’re going for an all-inclusive package or not.
To make it easier for you to browse the charter yachts that match your needs, we have organized them into the following categories:
