Mariah Princess III is a luxurious catamaran that accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 spacious ensuite cabins, including an extraordinary master stateroom with a drop-down door to a private deck. The two king cabins and two larger-than-queen cabins all have ensuite baths, desks, and electric toilets. The port aft cabin can be configured as either two single beds or a king berth. All beds have upgraded custom-made mattress toppers.
The colossal flybridge provides 360° views while sailing or relaxing at anchor. A Jacuzzi nook surrounded by azure lounge pads invites you to unwind and decompress.
The salon’s sliding glass doors open aft for a full open seating area, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air. A forward cockpit, directly accessible from the deck and the salon, provides stunning views of the horizon. Large hull portholes allow generous amounts of light into the interior spaces and create the feeling of being outside.
Her crew are top-notch and skilled in every way to make your vacation a fabulous time. for experienced divers or those that want to try for the first time, your experienced captain and first mate will guide you on an underwater adventure of a lifetime. Two dives for each certified guest are included in the charter rate.

Advertised by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht MARIAH PRINCESS III is a 77 ft sailing catamaran featuring a hot tub. The main attractions of MARIAH PRINCESS III are her generous space and fantastic layout. MARIAH PRINCESS III spends the summer season in the Bahamas. She was constructed by recognized shipbuilder Lagoon in 2020. The spacious yacht layout features 4 cozy cabins and comfortably accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.
MARIAH PRINCESS III is classified primarily as a sailing catamaran. The yacht layout radiates from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck features a variety of seating areas and that's where most of the meals are served. The modern cabins offer unbeatable views in the morning and are located just below deck. The cabins are connected by stairs to the main saloon - roomy, comfortable and pleasant. Multiple portholes provide a connection with the natural world outside.
The sailboat features 2 X 225HP Nanni diesels 24vDC primary domestic system with additional 12vDC circuit and 220vAC via shore-power, inverter, or generators. 2 XZ Onan generators, 27KW and 19KW A/C = 180,000 BTU Mariah has additional 110 V powers in all cabins and heads, plus phone plug-ins. There are several 110 V plug-ins in the wet bar, saloon, and galley and some adapters if more are required. engines and a generator.

For the all-inclusive charters A small APA of 5% is asked to cover the additional expenses such as fine wines, champagne, specific alcoholic drinks, excessive alcohol consumption, transfer airport/yacht/airport, dockage fees if any and use of communications means available on board. Fuel included for 4 hours on engine daily, if more is needed it is to be charged from small APA.

Kevin Gentles
Kevin holds a Royal Yacht Master Offshore and has operated primarily on motor yachts for many years, working his way up to Captain in 2017. He has sailed worldwide with a deep knowledge and respect for yacht chartering and safety. Kevin has worked as a First Officer on large motor yachts for the Royal Family of Qatar and has had good experience in Captaining Lagoon 77 and Sunreef 80 yachts.
He is eager to take guests to explore the reefs of the BVI, having just obtained his PADI Dive Master certification last season. Kevin grew up spending summers on his parents' charter yacht in the British Virgin Islands and has a keen knowledge of the area and hidden secret spots!

Nicole was raised in Central Florida, and she is passionate about the food she plates; Nicole enjoys bringing a touch of gourmet to fresh, local dishes. Having studied at Ashburton Chefs Academy and Bangkok Thai Cooking Academy, she’s mastered various cuisines and techniques and brought them to life in her many years working as a charter yacht Chef. Nicole loves diving, hiking, and exploring new places in her spare time. Nicole has spent eight years chartering the Caribbean from top to bottom and the last summer season in the Mediterranean. Along with being a PADI Rescue diver, Nicole is also a licensed Captain in her own right and is equally adept on the deck.
