Presented by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht BIRDY is a 110 ft motor yacht featuring a jetski. The promiment features of BIRDY are her absolute comfort and interconnection with the sea. BIRDY spends the summer and winter season in the Bahamas. She was completed by the renowned boatbuilder Broward in 2004. A comprehensive refit was fulfilled in 2025. The spacious yacht layout features 4 cozy cabins and easily accommodates a group of 8 guests.

BIRDY is classified as a superyacht. The key part of the yacht, expansive aft deck, elegantly connects to the the heart of the yacht - the main saloon. The main saloon is a gathering space with an abundance of seating areas and enables a number of media entertainment options.

4 welcoming cabins are purposefully laid out to allow for comfortable access and private setting.

The motor yacht features Engines: 2x CAT 1000 HP Generators: 2x 55Kw Kohler engines .

Accommodation

BIRDY comfortably accommodates eight guests in four beautifully appointed staterooms. The full-beam master suite is amidship with a King size bed, sofa, vanity and his and hers ensuite featuring a large walk in shower. Forward of the galley is the VIP suite with a Queen size bed and private ensuite. The port guest stateroom is a double berth with a Queen size bed and further to starboard is a twin berth stateroom, both with private ensuites.

Price Terms

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a motor yacht like BIRDY, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($13,750 - $22,000), making the charter cost $68,750 to $77,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

With a degree in Graphic Design from Pearson University, Cam decided to combine his passion for photography, videography, and watersports in a career on the water. Now as First Mate with a 200GT captain’s license, he’s traveled the Caribbean, Bahamas, and U.S. East Coast. Known for his calm, friendly demeanor, Cam’s expert coaching and love for capturing moments on camera make him a favorite among guests and crew on Birdy.
