The parties agree the Clause 24 (d) will be eliminated. (Regarding paying sales commissions if the Charterer buys the yacht within 2 years from charter dates)
Hurricane Addendum as part of the contract for charters encompassing the dates of June 1 through November 30. Calls for reschedule within 6 months. High Rate applies only to Xmas and New Year's
