Had lunch on Purpose at the BVI yacht show in 2025.
Was an excellent experience, with great service from the crew. Everyone on board is super spritely and attentive, and I never had to ask for anything.

Onboard catamaran PURPOSE. I was honestly instantly sold as soon as I stepped onboard. She is an older boat with lots of soul. And 3 crew for an extremely good price. The reason is their main focus is elevated service with a huge focus on food. Chef Michael Makonnen is a star specializing in Ethiopian food, but do all sorts! It smell ms amazing right now as he is prepping for lunch. And the breakfast spread is very impressive!

Advertised by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht PURPOSE is a 50 ft sailing catamaran featuring a jetski and a hot tub. The main attractions of PURPOSE are her most appealing features and interconnection with the sea. PURPOSE spends the season in the Bahamas. She was completed by the ship builder Fountaine Pajot in 2014. A comprehensive refit was finalized in 2022. The well-planned yacht layout features 5 large cabins and easily accommodates a group of 10 guests.
PURPOSE is classified primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the heart of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is where heart of the yacht is and that's where most of the meals are served. The tastefully decorated cabins are located below the main saloon, connected by stairs (inquire about handicapped access). The cabins are connected by stairs to the main saloon - roomy, comfortable and pleasant. Multiple portholes provide a connection with the natural world outside.
The sailboat features Volvo Penta D2-55 engines .
