Experience: I’ve been working as a professional chef since 2013. My first job on a yacht was in March 2017 on 30m SETAI. Since then I’ve worked on CALLISTO (65m), FARFALLINA (30m) and now started on CARTOUCHE.
Cruising areas: The Mediterranean, the Caribbean, the Pacific Islands and Australia.
What can guests expect from you: A professional attitude, always willing to give my all for the best possible food I can create. Delicious flavours, beautiful colours and exactly the type of food you want to eat on your holiday.
What is your favourite style of cooking: At the moment I’m particularly enjoying Korean and Japanese food. I also love baking my own breads.

I have volunteered for the National Sea Rescue Institute of South Africa for over 2 years serving on a 10m Brede and 7.3m RIB as a crew-member.
