Advertised by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht L’OCTANT is a 51 ft sailing catamaran. The most attractive features of L’OCTANT are her generous space and culinary experience. L’OCTANT spends the winter season in the Bahamas. She was completed by the ship builder NEEL Trimarans in 2018. A well-done refit was finalized in 2022. The expansive yacht layout features 3 generous cabins and comfortably accommodates a group of 6 guests.
L’OCTANT is classified primarily as a sailing catamaran. The central space of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is generous, with a prominent dining and seating area and that's where most of the meals are served. The tasteful cabins offer unbeatable views in the morning and are located just below deck. The cabins are connected by stairs to the main saloon - roomy, comfortable and pleasant. Multiple portholes add to the feeling of connection with the discovered environment.
The sailboat features Main Engine : Yanmar 110 hp (new 2023) Generators : Onan 12,5 Kva engines and a generator.

Not included in these rates are :
A.P.A* : 25% SY to cover all costs in advance : fuel & provisioning, special requests (champagne, fine wines, specific alcoholic drinks & excessiv alcoholic beverage consumption), permit, cruising & government** taxes and fees, dockage & marina fees, use of communication means available aboard & crew gratuities (between 5 and 15%)
*APA :The Advance Provisioning Allowance is a deposit made to cover expenses incurred during the course of the charter such as fuel, food, beverages, mooring fees, visa fees, harbour fees, park fees, local taxes, and other expenses not included in the Charter Fee. It is paid in full with the Charter Fee, and is managed by the captain who can present the accounts on request. If during the course of the charter, the provision becomes insufficient, the client will be advised by the captain and be required to supplement the sum. The captain will present the detailed accounts at the end of the charter and any remaining APA will be reimbursed directly.
All rates are for the entire yacht and are subject to change without notice prior to actual reservation.

Julia offers culinary and hospitality talents that will surpass your expectations. Don't be fooled by her petite stature - her food and service packs a punch! She began her career in 2016 on sailing monohulls in the Mediterranean. During this time she has performed the role of deckhand, hostess and cook. She enjoys cooking with local specialties and adapting them to a Mediterranean menu or as the guests prefer. Creative appetizers and delicious entrees will delight you. However her favorite culinary treats to make are her desserts and sweets. When she is not onboard cooking, she enjoys sailing and racing. Get ready to be spoiled by Julia's culinary skills, attention to detail and effervescent personality.
